The arbitration award shall be final, and judgement thereupon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties or application may be made to such court for a judicial acceptance of the award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be.
Subject to resolving disputes by way of arbitration, the High Court of Kerala at Kochi alone will have exclusive Jurisdiction to decide disputes.
